Why do I need to upload my Photo ID and other Documents?
The ID document and proof of residential address are required by the European anti-money laundering regulations for verification of your identity before or during the establishment of business relationship. Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable regulation, we may request additional documents to confirm your status and financial position prior to allowing you to invest. Golden Crest Investment will not establish a business relationship with an individual unless and until the client’s identity and residential address have been successfully verified, and/or all necessary documents have been received and verified.
What will happen if I don’t verify my account?
If you do not verify your account, you will not have access to the platform functionality and have limitations on the deposit, withdrawals, purchase and sale of assets. Withdrawals of funds are not permitted prior to verification of the account. Failure to provide required documentation for the account verification will lead to account suspension and closure.

How long will it take to process my withdrawal request and when will I receive my funds?
Golden Crest Investment processes withdrawal requests within 1 (one) business day. You can always contact our customer support team to enquire on the status of your withdrawal.
How can I cancel my withdrawal?
Withdrawal cancellation is available for fiat payments only, until the transaction is processed within the system. While there is no option to cancel your withdrawal through the platform, you can contact our customer support team.
What conditions are required to withdraw the funds?
In order to withdraw any funds from your account, kindly note the following requirements
